one-to-one approach

Beginning with a free consultation we explore your bio-individual needs. Looking at things like lifestyle, your body-story and relationship to breath. I then craft up a practice including asana, pranayama and daily kriyas to compliment our sessions

in a one-to-one session

  • your individual needs will be carefully considered

  • unique modifications and adjustments will be given

  • you will increase strength, mobility, resilience and range of motion safely under guidance

  • your relaxation and meditations become personalised

  • there is more time for questions and collaboration

  • you have less distraction

  • body

yoga and somatic practises fine tune the physical body so we can listen to the whispers of our wisdom body.

a regular yoga practise will optimize our wellbeing, increase vitality and make us feel good! but ultimately it helps us develop a better relationship with ourselves and the world around us.

  • mind

we are all human. we all have a thinking mind that benefits from techniques which hush hush the endless narrative. yoga practise helps us direct our focus, curate our mindset and also the stories we tell ourselves. it is after a physical movement practise that our brain becomes hyper-receptive to making these shifts.

  • breath

in many cultures breath means spirit. when we awaken our breath we awaken our spirit. breathing practises not only control our brainwaves, calm the nervous system and bring us into the present moment. they remind us of our connection to all living and breathing beings.

Yoga is the poetry of movement. We must first learn the grammar and structure for the expression to start to flow.
